What is a really good quality, but affordable tent?

I am looking for a tent that can at least be divided into two separate spaces (in case someone has to stay in my tent) or a multi-roomed tent.

Something that will not tear easy. Good ventilation. No leaking.

      The warranty are low and stores are very picky about tents are great but be careful were you get it back that day.
